The following services are included in your agreement with AlphaZeta Management:

  • Amazon strategy. Customized ongoing overall Amazon sales strategy including channel selection, product-level margin analysis, and Amazon program adoption.

  • Listings (Product-level management). We manage all aspects of listings (listing setup, variations, keyword ranking, branding) adhering to our evolving Best Practices. 

  • SEO. We conduct keyword stuffing of listings and advertising based on existing information and resources and continued maintenance as the ecosystem evolves.

  • Enhanced Content (A+ Content , EBC, Storefronts). AlphaZeta Management drafts and executes all rich media and copy for enhanced features of a Brand including all image post-processing and copyediting to ensure the Brand voice is represented in formats across Amazon, in accordance with our Best Practices.

  • Advertising & Promotions. We advise on selection of Amazon campaigns, set up and manage advertising and create promotions in conjunction with the Client preferences.  

  • Competitor Analysis: We use a wide range of tools to conduct detailed competitor analyses as needed by Brands.

  • Inventory Projections. We use proprietary software to provide possible sales trajectories for restocking customized with Brand input (e.g., production schedules, etc.).

  • Issue management. We address day-to-day issues with the Amazon account, and conduct problem solving which could involve manipulation of the backend, submission of Seller Support cases to Amazon Seller Support and other tactics to solve them. 

  • 3rd party software, Amazon programs. We advise and manage 3rd party software (e.g., related to sales taxes), and advise on Amazon programs.

  • Reseller Management. We implement strategies to manage resellers to optimize control of Brand sales.

  • Responding to Q&A and Negative Product Reviews. We advise on responses to questions and reviews submitted by customers. We can implement responses, but most clients prefer to address this themselves.

  • Custom SKU development. We advise on new product development, including packaging and margin optimization.

  • Customized services. As a boutique firm, we offer customized services for our client’s needs that have included: warehouse first FBA shipment training, warehouse labor reduction consulting, package insert advising, 3D renders of packaging for hero images (the first image seen on Amazon) to optimize conversion, package design advising, exterior packaging to reduce damage and optimize margins advising, referrals for co-packers, receiving products to assess damage or other reasons, Shopify integration with Amazon FBA, trademark infringement reporting and other tactics to remove 3rd party sellers harming a brand, email campaign advising, and others. Expansion into other Amazon marketplaces [ Canada (amazon.ca), Mexico (amazon.com.mx), Australia (amazon.com.au), India (amazon.in), EU: UK (amazon.co.uk), Germany (amazon.de), Italy (amazon.it), France (Amazon.fr), Spain (Amazon.es) ]. These require an additional fee because of the greater workload.

Brand’s Responsibilities. The following are the tasks outside of AlphaZeta Management’s (AZM) scope:

  • Brand-level and SKU-level copy in the Brand voice, Adobe Illustration or Photoshop packaging files, and lifestyle images containing products.

  • Advertising and promotions outside of Amazon including social media campaigns.

  • Final decisions on inventory stocking, informed by AZM inventory projections.

  • Brand website platform maintenance, taxes, customer emails related to website sales.
